Add a Manual Connection

1. In the Setup Development > Connections tab, click the Manual Connections tab.
2. Click the Connect icon.
3. Click the secondary heading.

Note: The heading has a yellow symbol at one end, which shows that it is being treated as a start heading.

4. Click the primary heading.

The yellow symbol at the start of the secondary heading disappears and a black dotted line joins the secondary heading to the primary heading at the position on the primary heading that is closest to the start of the secondary headings. A new row is added to the Manual connections data grid, which contains the details of the connection.

Note: If you want to mine to a particular location on the primary heading before mining is able to commence on the secondary heading, instead of just clicking the primary heading, drag to the point on the primary heading that you want mined before mining begins in the secondary heading.

5. To create more connections repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. When you have finished creating connections, press ESC.
